About the event
Join us for a morning class on the farm. We will be harvesting a one year old kune kune pig. You will learn all the basics of processing, scrapping, skinning a pig. Cost for the class is $80 and includes pack of sausage. There are also 2 spaces available for $250 which is the class and 1/2 of the harvested pig. You would need to also pay for cut wrap at a butcher of your choice. Class is limited to 4 people. Please email us with any questions.
